"Our little boy has been attending Little Oaks twice a week since September 2023 when he was 10 months old. He took a little while to settle but the staff were really patient and friendly. They made sure a familiar adult was there to greet him every day and now he goes in without hesitation with a smile on his face and puts his arms out to the staff.
He absolutely loves his nursery days now and we couldn’t imagine sending him anywhere else. We are really happy with the setting; invoices are given in a timely manner and we are able to use tax free childcare which helps towards the cost. The communication from staff is phenomenal and goes above and beyond. Staff always have the time to tell us about his day at the door and the Famly app tells us everything else. Staff work with us on things we have been working on at home such as walking and we get regular observations about what he has been doing in the day. There are planned activities for the children to complete which are linked to topics and we have seen a real difference in our son since he started. We wouldn’t consider anywhere else and from speaking to other mum friends with little ones at other settings, the communication we receive about his day, nappies and food is second to none. Even when he was unsettled going in, seeing the observations and that he was happy settled our minds as parents". - O's Mummy
